| 抄録(和) | 心電図自動解析を用いて,圧縮再生心電図の再生誤差評価を圧縮前後の所見一致率の観点から行った。CSEのデータベース8誘導100例の心電図に対し,SAPA3法およびSAPA3,TBV法による圧縮再生を行った。この結果圧縮率,再生精度を決定する誤差限界の増加と共にいずれの圧縮法も所見一致率は低下するが,SAPA3法では誤差限界100μVで平均86%の所見一致率を示すが,SAPA3/TBV法では平均95%がまた誤差限界20μVでは平均78%および82%がそれぞれ得られておりSAPA3/TBV法ではSAPA3法に比べ,良い所見一致率が得られた。いずれの圧縮法でも,WPW症候群への誤認が数例生じている以外,所見グレイドの変動や,同一所見ジャンル内での所見移動が僅かに生じたものの,病状タイプの同一性はほぼ保存された。 |
| 抄録(英) | Tracing rebuited from the compressed electrocardiograms (ECG) has been analysed using the program of automatic interpritation, and diagnostic answers with the related measurements have been compared with the results obtained on the original ECG.The data compression methods (SAPA3 and SAPA3, TBV) have been tested on 100 samples of the data base produced by CSE.86 % and 78 % of the agreement in diagnostic answers by SAPA3 have been obtained with the error limit of 10 μV and 20 μV,respectively.On the other hand ,95 % and 82 % have been obtained by SAPA3/TBV with the error limit of 10 μV and 20 μV,respectively.The type of detected pathol ogy has been maintained except WPW syndrome in the both compression methods. |
