Abstract(in English) An optimal control theory was aplied to the enzyme reaction system with inherent negative feed back regulation.The performance function minimized included the first order time dependent change of amount or concentration of product.The first step product was affected much.The coefficient of feed back did not affect the first product.The weighting coefficient did not affect the amount of each product.The enzyme reaction system operated under optimal control with negative feed back was stable and would not be suffered from perturbation.
