| 抄録(和) | 電気的インピーダンストモグラフィ(EIT)は新しい画像診断技術として期待されているが,問題点の一つとして多くの電極を必要とすることが挙げられる.本研究では,より簡便に測定を行うため,従来よりインピーダンス法では汎用されている4電極法を用い,これら電極配置の最適化をはかることにより,EITと同様の情報を得る可能性について検討した.測定対象としてgastric emptying(胃内容排出)を選び,ファントムによる基礎実験により,通電電極と検出電極の最適配置についての検討を行った.更にこの結果に基づいて,ヒトによるEITとの同時測定を行い,本法の妥当性,測定精度や信頼性について検討した. |
| 抄録(英) | An Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT) technique has been reported to be very useful in gastric emptying.However it needs 16 electrodes around the thorax which is expensive and sometimes difficult to manage,particularly on children.Since a region around the stomach is usually integrated for this study,it may be possible to get similar information using a simple four point impedance plethysmographic technique.However,since the stomach takes only a part of the cross section plane,under study,a particular configuration of electrodes will be best suited for this investigation.In this paper the results of an experiment to optimise the location of electrodes are presented.Data has been obtained for different positions of Current drive and Voltage measurement electrodes on a two dimensional phantom.Using the optimized configuration some data has been collected from a human subject to correlated to results obtained on the same subject using EIT technique. |
