| 抄録(和) | 心筋興奮伝導シミュレーションにおいて、Hodgkin-Huxley型の膜モデルを用いた偏微分方程式を解く方法として、通常は差分法が用いられる。しかしこの種の数値計算には非常に大きな計算時間が必要となるため、実用的シミュレーションは困難であった。本研究では、2次元心筋モデルを高速に計算するための新しいアルゴリズムを提案する。本手法の特徴は、計算される2次元領域中の格子点数を膜電位の空間分布に従って効率的に間引く制御を行う。その結果、計算時間は従来法と比較して最大で1/26となり、活動電位持続時間などの生理学的指標の誤差は、従来法に対して3%以内であった。 |
| 抄録(英) | In computer simulations of propagating ventricular action potentials based on the Hodgkin-Huxley-type model, conventional calculating methods require large amounts of computing time to solve the model. In this study, a new fast method is presented for calculating computer simulations of a two-dimensional myocardial model. A feature of the method is to control the number of calculated lattice points according to ∂^2V/∂t^2 (where V is membrane potential). The results of simulations showed that the computing time was reduced to 1/26 in comparison with conventional differential calculus. The relative error in electrophysiological indexes was less than 3%. Therefore, the proposed method has the merits of high efficiency and accuracy. |
