Abstract(in English) While nursing resources have been relatively reducing, medical and welfare robots have been hoped. However, commercially available robots are not suitable for these works. As the Shape Memory Alloy has features of silence and of softness, a master-slave arm system using SMA has reality. Furthermore SMA force display device is thought to be an imPortant bi-lateral direction information converting device. In this paper, a control method of the master arm using SMA force display device in the virtual space on a personal computer was evaluated and was confirmed the validity.
