Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Based on mathematical model of activating proccsses of enzyme precursors , we analyzed the systemic behaviors of thc activatjng processes of zymogen in gastro intestine system by non linear differential cquations and its lincarized form. The temporal behavior of the system showed a charactcristic pattem for individual components. The activatjng process of the system was judged to be unstable and uncontrollable. The singular value of the system increased at low frequeney but it magnitude was depressed by the optimization of the system minimizing the ratc of change in all the components of the system. Present investigation is available to evaluate the functional properties of the entire proccsses of zymogen activation.
