Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The intra cellular biochcmital signa1 information processing system relating to Inosito1 3phosphate- Di Glyceride was analyzed by lincar systems analysis. This mcthod disclosed that the system is limit stable but uncontro1lable. The impulse responses ( concentration ) of each component in the system have rcached to 0 value and terminated within a certain time except PI(3,4,5)P3 which has continued to increase. Thc singular valucs of thc system was insensitive to frequency ( rad/scc ) and was decreased by the system optimization. Prescnt investigation is available to evaluatc the biochemical information transmission
