| Abstract(in English) | The Kobe quake brought the great disaster and not only Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) of suffers but also secondary suffers i.e mental stress of rescue persons and volunteers from outside. ELIZA system is proposed to solve this mental care problem. ELIZA (DOCTOR) is natural language process system and developed by J. Weizenbaum and supported by the theory "client-centered therapy" of psychotherapist C. Rogers. We added quake related words to dictionary of ELIZA written in Emacs Lisp and linked text reader of speaking, This counselling system is implemented on the multimedia personal computer with BSD on Windows. |
