Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is possible that we cannot do without essensial laboratory tests, and these tests are an important part in the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis. We tested disease classification from the results of the early stages of essensial laboratory tests, and thought up the system using neural network which use the essensial laboratory tests as traininig data. This system consists of 30 sets of labotatory data, and two other sets with ages and sexes. This test data which include definite diagnosis were ten classifications of disease: 9 specified kind of diseases and another one. Our result shows that in 80.81% of all cases were classified using this system, and autoclassification was possible, duplicated diseases included. When sufficiently sophisticated, this system may significantly improve the tageting of the following individual organ system.
