Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Present study investigates image measurements of plant activity using photo fluorescence responses. Plant leaf responds to light through photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence. To analyze quantitatively temporary changes of the fluorescence (fluorescence induction), linearization through small amplitude responses, frequency response image and image analysis to obtain time constant was adopted. The result images correspond to changes of photosynthesis system quantitatively which does not depend stain on leaf surface or thickness of chlorophyll, so the image is useful for activity measurements of plants.
