| 抄録(和) | 最近、新たな高分解能光CTとして、低コヒーレント光干渉計を用いた生体表皮下構造の可視化が注目されている。しかし、本手法の検出分解能の定量的評価が未だ十分に行われていない。我々は近赤外SLD (スーパルミネッセントダイオード)を光源とする干渉計を用いて擬似生体中に埋込まれた微細パターンを検出し、厚さ(深さ)方向>10μm、断面内で<10μmの分解能を得たので報告する。本稿では、測定系の特性に続き、散乱媒質として粉乳懸濁液および鶏肉を用いた実験結果について述べる。とくに、反射散乱光から直進光成分を抽出する上で光ファイバフィルタリングが有効であることを示す。 |
| 抄録(英) | Recently, remarkable attention has been focused on visualization of thin sections of biological tissue using low-coherent light interferometry; however, quantitative evaluation of the resolution in detected images has not been discussed in detail. In our experiment, reflection light on a fine test pattern was heterodyne-detected, via scattering media of a few millimeter, using the Michelson interferometer with a near-infrared super luminescent diode (SLD). Dry-milk suspended water and chicken tissue were used as scattering media. In particular, optical filtering with a single-mode fiber was effective for selective detection of ballistic photons to obtain high resolution. It was then found that the resolution was >10μm along the depth and <10μm in the cross-section. |
