Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Temporal changes in the intra myocardial pressures during a diastolic phase were analyzed by a mathematical electrical model of coronary circulation. It is comprised of 4 compartments, namely, arterial and venous sides at epi and endo cardial regions. The criterion function involved the powers of the changes in pressure, flow. Increase in arterial resistant and decrease in intra myocardial vessel compliance elevated the intra myocardial pressures. Present model will be available to evaluate the diastolic coronary flow and pressures in the presence of vessel stenosis and arterio sclerosis.
