Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This article describes an automatic micromanipulating system using stereo vision. This system is composed of two color TV cameras, a microscope, an image processing system and a micromanipulator. An error signal based on the visual distance between the target on the microscope and a head of the manipulator is defined, and a control low that moves the head to drive this error to zero is derived.
