Abstract(in English) We aim to clarify characteristics of the endogenous oscillator related to the cardiac and respiratory rhythms. To this end, a system for simultaneous measurent of the R-R interval and the respiratory stage is developed and mutual relationship between cardiac and respiratory rhythms is analyzed by controlling durations of respiratory stages. Detail of arrhythmia caused by respiration and entrainment of the beginning of inspiration to the R-wave are reported.
