Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Linear system analysis was applied to hypothalamus-hypophyseal-gonadal system in terms of hormone secretion. Each compartment was set to operate depending on the impulse stimuli of neural system and secreted hormones. By setting kinetic rate constants, the temporal behavior of the system was expressed by 35 linear simultaneous differential equations. The feed back input from the gonadal organs were linearized. All the eigen roots were negative. Thus the system was stable. The stability was shaken to be unstable when some kinetic rate constants were increased. The impulse responses terminated with oscillation. The rank of the system matrix showed the controllability of the system. Present investigation suggested that the diseases relating to this system is treatable.
