Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Utilizing a mathematical model, systemic behaviors of the activating processes of trypsin (enzyme in the duodenal lumen) was evaluated by non linear differential equations and its linearized form. The temporal behavior of the each components in the activating processes were characteristic one. The activating process was judged to be unstable and uncontrollable. The impulse response did not converge nor singular value elevated at low frequency. These unstable nature was diminished by minimizing the rate of change in all the components of the system. Present investigation is available to evaluate the functional properties of the entire processes of activating processes of trypsin.
