Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Electric properties of Graphite-Vaseline mixture were examined as novel electronic elements which has a self-organizing ability. The mixture has nonlinear ac response and I-V characteristics. Frequency dependencies of impedance were decreased by non-integer exponents of frequency. Furthermore, CR matrix which has fractal distributed time constants (fractal elements) was examined to simulate the present graphite system. Two systems had similar electric property, then the microscopic aggregating structure of the graphite in the mixture was supposed to have fractal structure. For further investigation of the present system, chaotic oscillations from oscillator constructed by graphite mixture or fractal elements and ordinary electronic circuits were examined. |
