Abstract(in English) We develop a gait analysis system using a tactile sensor. This paper describes a method of extracting foot areas on foot pressure images. This study is significant to analyze gait automatically. We presents new extraction method which is composed of two steps. In the First step, foot areas are estimated by track of center of pressure. In the second step, foot areas are extracted by clustering non-zero pressure pixels on foot pressure images. The method can extract foot areas for 104 samples of 23 healthy people and 764 samples of 67 walking impairment people with accuracy of 98 percent.
