Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A new method for continuos monitoring of subcutaneous tissue glucose concentration was developed using a null method. Two standard solution having different concentration were prepared and flew though microdialysis probe reciprocally. By controlling a perfusion time of two solutions, the glucose concentration was changed stepwise. When the glucose concentration signal did not drift, the glucose concentration can be calculated from the ratio of perfusion time. In a hollow fiber model, the measurement error was less than 10% and the result was not affected by sensor's drift and filtration of hollow fiber. This system may be useful to measure long-term glucose monitor with microdialysis.
