Abstract(in English) Analyzing oligosaccharides for the purpose of solving oligosaccharide biological function is an important procedure in biomedical engineering. These analysis are very difficult due to oligosaccharide varieties and complexities. Our past work shows that neural networks are effective for good diagnosis using oligosaccharide data. Here, we developed two functions to study the reason why the neural network is able to make such a good diagnosis using oligosaccharide data. Though the problem of detecting why oligosaccharide analysis results in good diagnosis is yet to be solved, we hope that our work will lead to a possible solution.
