| 抄録(和) | 正常歩行は踵で接地し、足圧中心が足の外側を通り(回外運動)、足底全体がついてからは内側へ向きを変え(回内運動)、最後に、前足部で蹴り出す。本稿では、このような正常歩行の回外、回内運動を定量化したパラメータを定義し、そのパラメータを用いて健常者がどの程度正常歩行を行っているかを検討した。歩行障害の自覚のない健常者20名の22試行の歩行分析の結果、回外運動が確認できたのは半数で、回内運動は18名確認できた。回内運動での内側に向く角度は大きい人で30゜、小さい人で5゜くらいで、個人特徴として、その大きさを4段階ぐらいに分けられることがわかった。 |
| 抄録(英) | This paper describes a gait analysis method and experimental results gained by using tactile sensor. Normal gait is characterized by foot supination movement after heel strike and foot pronation movement before toe off. We define two new parameters extracted from the track of center of foot pressure which explain the strength of these movements. By using these parameters, we check the gait of 20 healthy people whether their gait is normal or not. Experimental results are as follows. Half of them exhibited supination movement. Most of them showed pronation movement. However, some people had abnormal gait. It is confirmed that strength of foot movements can be measured by the parameters. |
