| 抄録(和) | 生体内で血球が血流からうける抵抗を求めるため、微小循環領域における血球と流体の力学的解析をおこなった。流れが極めて遅いためストークスの近似が成立すると仮定した。円柱管内の血液の流れを円柱座標系で、血球の運動を球座標系で記述した。両者の微分方程式の解を項別積分とテーラー展開によって解析的に求めた。連続の式と境界条件からストークスの流れ関数を解析的に求めた。生理的データーを用いて球状粒子がうける抵抗を計算した。血球粒子の径が小さいほど、粒子が柔らかいほど、また流体が運動しているほど抵抗値は小さかった。粒子自体の粘性と、流体の粘性比が大きいほど抵抗値は減少した。血球は変形能を有することから、血球が被る抵抗は剛性粒子と液状粒子の抵抗値の中間に位置すると考えられる。本研究は糖尿病などの患者の血球抵抗計算に有益である。 |
| 抄録(英) | A mathematical process was introduced to compute the drag force experienced by a rigid and fluid sphere in the stationary and moving fluid. The motions of red blood cell are assumed to be sufficiently slow so that the stokes equation of motion are applicable. Corresponding to the two boundary shapes (cylinder and sphere), solutions for the stream function are obtained in cylindrical and spherical coordinates. The drag force increased with radius of the sphere. The drag force was larger in rigid and stationary fluid. The increase of the viscosity ratio between the external and the interior fluid sphere reduced the drag force. The present investigation will be available for qualitative speculation of the micro circulation in the patho physiological state. |
