Abstract(in English) The aim of this study is to develop a self-treatment system for pseudo-myopia without side effects. Biofeedback technique using changes in the thickness of eye-lens is applied in the system. We have proposed a measuring technique using Purkinje-Sanson images (P-S method). The measuring system is composed of a non invasive simple optics system and it enables to measure the changes in the thickness of eye-lens in real time. The effectiveness of P-S method was proved by computer simulations and even in biological measurements on pig's eyes. Measuring ability of the changes in the thickness of eye-lens by P-S method is assessed in a clinical experiment.
