| 抄録(和) | 我々は,寝床面温度測定による就寝中の体動を検出することに注目して,健常成人とCCU患者を対象とする新しい体動評価法を考案し,評価を行ってきた.今回,寝床面温度測定による体動の検出率を向上させるため,アクチグラム(actigram)やビデオ撮影による検証などの手段を用いて同時に記録し,温度測定時間間隔やセンサー配置位置や閾値の選択などをついて,Receiver-Operating Characteristic Curve(ROC)q分析を応用して,検討した結果,下腿部の15秒間隔で,閾値=0.2～0.3[℃]^2とした時の体動の検出が最適であることが示された.また,在宅健康管理への応用おいて,無侵襲,無拘束かつ簡便に睡眠状態を長時間に把握できる可能性が示唆された. |
| 抄録(英) | A new method for detecting body movement by bed temperature measurement during sleep was proposed. Experiments were performed for healthy subjects and evaluated the measuring site and sampling interval. The video recording was used as a reference. By using receiver-operating characteristic(ROC) curve analysis, we found that the best result could be obtained when the temperature measurement site was lower limbs. The sampling interval was 15 seconds and the threshold value for reasonably detecting of movement was 0.2～0.3[℃]^2. The results obtained from long-term monitoring showed bed temperature monitoring may prove to detect the body movement during sleep. |
