Abstract(in English) Stability of HBT amplifier under large-signal and high load-VSWR operation is studied. The HBT amplifier that is stable under both small-signal and large-signal operation with 50-ohm-load condition exhibited instability at frequency of about 100MHz, |S22| being lager than 1, under larse-signal operation with high-load-VSWR condition. This instability is attributed to the increase of |S12| of the HBT caused by current increase under high-VSWR operation.
