Abstract(in English) | A broadband quadrature mixer for direct conversion transceivers has been developed. This mixer is composed of anti-parallel diode mixers, a power divider-combiner, a 45-degree power divider and differential amplifiers. The mixer's broadband characteristics are achieved using a novel power divider-combiner and a 45-degree power divider. From 0.9 GHz to 2.7 GHz, this mixer for transmitters gives an image rejection of greater than 30 dBc and a 2LO leakage of less than -40 dBm. From 0.9 GHz to 2.6 GHz, this mixer for receivers has an amplitude error of less than 1.6 dB and a phase error of less than 3 degrees. |
