Abstract(in English) Millimeter-wave signals were synthesized using an optical frequency comb generator, injection locking laser, and a uni-traveling-carrier photodiode. We obtained signals from 10 GHz to 60 GHz with a maximum power of 3 dBm at 60 GHz without the use of electrical amplification.
