| 抄録(和) | 電力増幅器モジュールには所望の周波数, 温度範囲で, 利得, 出力電力, 消費電力, 歪を満足することが求められている. これらの要求を同時に満足するために, 増幅器モジュールの周波数や温度を考慮した大信号特性解析法が求められている. 今回, 周波数, 温度を考慮した多段電力増幅器モジュールの大信号特性計算プログラムを開発したので報告する. 本報告では測定した少数のロードプル, ソースプル(LP/SP)データから, 多数のLP/SPデータを生成する補間法について提案するとともに, 周波数, 温度を考慮した大信号特性の計算法を提案する. 本計算手法を多段増幅器モジュールに適用した. その結果, 実測値と計算値が一致し, 本提案の計算法の妥当性を確認するとともに, 多段増幅器モジュールの大信号特性シミュレーションに有効であることを確認した. |
| 抄録(英) | A large-signal simulation program for multi-stage power amplifier modules by using a novel interpolation is presented. This simlulation program has the function to make the Load-Pull and Source-Pull (LP/SP) data required for the simulation. By using the interpolation, a lot of LP/SP data can be made from a small number of measured LP/SP data. By using the simulation program, we can calculate the large-signal characteristics depended on frequency and temperature of the multi-stage amplifier module. We apply the simulation program to the design of the amplifier. The calculated and measured results agree well. The accuracy of the presented interpolation is confirmed. It is considered that the presented program is useful to calculate large-signal characteristics of the amplifier module. |
