| Abstract(in English) | This paper presents an L band even harmonic balanced mixer with π-type low pass filter. Conversion gain of the mixer is improved by using the π-type low pass filter between the balun and the diodes. The conversion gain from -6.0 dB to -5.5 dB is achieved within the frequency range from 1050 MHz to 1850 MHz. |
