Abstract(in English) | It is known that complex permittivity of materials changes depending on frequency, its temperature and composition of materials. Therefore, it is important to measure complex permittivity of materials. In this paper, TE_<102> mode rectangular cavity resonator is designed and electromagnetic field distribution in the cavity resonator is simulated using TLM method. Microwave complex permittivity of organic materials is measured. As the result, imaginary part of complex permittivity of material very changed dependent rising temperature of material. |
