Data Relay Method in Store and Forward LEO Systems

Abstract(in English) The paper proposes a data relay method in store and forward LEO systems with relay earth stations. Dijkstra algorithm to provide a routing with the minimum path length becomes applicable by introducing data arrival time to each node instead of path length in the LEO systems which shows a time varying network topology during the call connection. It shows the quantitative evaluation on a particular LEO system that the data transmission time is effictively shortened by carrying out a relay of data based on the proposed method.
