Abstract(in English) | Fundamental properties of finite difference time domain (FDTD), boundary element method (BEM) and finite element method (FEM) are repesented, and each numerical analysis method of electromagnetic field are compared. Especially, the FEM based on edge element which is used an isoparametoric element and is corresponded to the theory of vector differential geometry in electromagnetic field is represented. A total simulation system in order to optimize a microwave device, which is compose of electromagnetic field, circuit, device simulator and 3D CAD system, is described. |
