Abstract(in English) | Thin-film slot antennas were fabricated on GaAs and fused quartz substrates, and receiving properties were investigated at 2.5THz in order to decide the size of the receiving antenna for 2.5THz CH_3OH laser radiation. It was confirmed that the operating wavelength of the antenna and the coplanar waveguide (CPW) was the one in free space. However, the antenna pattern on the substrate side and the partition coefficient of the radiation power depended on the dielectric constant and the absorption coefficient of the substrates. |
