Abstract(in English) | In the frequency range from 10GHz to 40GHz, this paper discusses the measurement precision of r_s for the two-resonator methods, in which a TE_<011>-and TE_<013>-mode sapphire rod resonators are used. Actually, the temperature dependence of R_s of YBCO films of some kinds are measured at 12GHz and 20GHz and their measurement precision are estimated. As a result, the high measurement precision of 10 percents is realized by this method for the YBCO films having R_s=0.1mΩ at 12GHz. |
