Abstract(in English) A miniaturized power amplifier module for 1.9 GHz-band mobile communication applications has been developed.Characteristics required for the module are small size,low cost and high performance.The module is miniaturized by adopting LGA(Land Grid Array)interface and using bump interconnection technique for passive chip components.The module dimensions are 5.6 mm X 7.4 mm X 2.0 mm.It operates with a single low-voltage supply of 2.7 V.An output power of 21.9 dBm and a high power-added efficiency of 22.1% are obtained.
