Analysis on Millimeter-Wave Propagation in Curved Two-Layer Solid- Plasma Waveguide

Abstract(in English) Characteristics of 70GHz millimeter wave which propagates in a ring-form two-layer solid-plasma waveguide were theoretically analyzed.Results of numerical calculations were compared with the experiments already reported in a previous paper.It was clearly revealed that this type of waveguide supports two types of slow- surface wave modes which are quite similar to those in the straight-type waveguide previously studied.Effects of the deformation of the waveguide were also studied.
