| Abstract(in English) | Research and development activities of millimeter wave (MMW) application systems have been currently enhanced,foreseen to the future demand of social radio usage and owed to the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MPT) spread program of millimeter wave application.The authors studies the background of these high- ride activities,and several MMW systems which are expected to be widely used,like as indoor radio LAN,video transmission,ID sensing, automotive radar,mobile and satellite communications. In conclusion,MMW device development in 60 GHz band is essential to very small size,high performance,large quantity,and low cost. |
