Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a multiple-access protocol for wireless networks, which is based on DQRUMA. The Protocol called Direct and Relay communication Protocol (DROP)has 2 features. The first one is that if terminals can communicate directly, a packet relay Channel can be omitted, and only if they can't, the base station relays the packet.The second one is that when a packet is sent to the destination out of the current cell, DRCP uses the same protocol as the communication within a cell and a packet relay channel of each cell is reducible. The paper describes the protocol in detail and evaluates and compares it with DQRUMA. As a result, if the rate of direct communication or the out-of-cell communication increases, DRCP outperforms DQRUMA.
