Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Purposes of this study are to fabricate the active integrated antenna arrays with strong coupling which have two types of injection mechanism;a gate injection type and a drain injection type, and to investigate variation of radiation power and phase noise. From measurement of a receiving signal from the active integrated antenna array with the gate injection or with the drain injection, findings were obtained that the gate injiection case was better than that of the drain injection on the view points of increase of receiving power as well as FM phase noise. From these results, the gate injection type is expected to be in better situation for the operation that the drain typeis.
