Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we pay attention to the door seal which is generally used for prevention of micrwave leaking from the microwave oven and shielding effects are calculated by method of FDTD using the more real wave, which includes higher modes on a comb-like periodic choke structure of mass production type microwave. As one application of this analytical method for the optimum choke design, shielding effects about the inclination of metal parts which compose the choke groove are examined, too. The availability of this analytical method for complicated structure is confirmed from results.
