Ferrite Disk Resonator with High Temperature Superconductor

Abstract(in English) The resonance mode chart of ferrite disk(YIG) resonator sandwiched with high temperature superconductor(YBCO) were investigated both theoretically and experimentally as a function of magnetic line width ΔH and normalized temperature of threshold value T/T_c. It was found that properties of resonance mode strongly depend on its ΔH value and that the utility of resonator due to the superconductor will be lost for large ΔH value more than 10Oe. Finally, we carried out the experiment on the resonator at 77K using YIG single crystal disk having radius 4mm and thickness 1mm, YBCO of thickness 6000Å having dimension 10×20mm^2
