Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In high frequency circuits, it is important to use proper terminations for idler frequencies. Reactive termination with respect to idler frequencies is effective for obtaining higher efficiency and linearity. In this paper, the authors propose the expression of an arbitrary load for the large-signal analysis of FET circuits (devices). The expression also describes a reactive termination. The authors use the voltage substitution method for expressing an open circuit condition or a short circuit condition presented in the previous paper. As a result, a characteristics in the efficiency of frequency multipliers and amplifiers with a reactive termination are analyzed.
