Abstract(in English) In this paper, measurement results of an optical controlled subharmonic injection locked oscillation MMIC characteristics with combined ultrawide-band active combiner/divider and analysis results of the characteristics of the ILO using the novel illuminated MESFET model are reported. From this consideration, it was found that oscillator MMIC can be optical controlled and the control of the characteristics of oscillator MMIC that uses microwave-optical interaction is advantageous in terms of losses, chip area and costs.
