Investigation on Matching Characteristics of Open-hole Ferrite Absober

Abstract(in English) A simple method is proposed for broadly changing the matching frequency characteristics of an EM-wave absorber and improving the matching characteristic using a punched-out ferrite material. In this paper, it is clarified that the matching frequency is changed from 2.2[GHz] to 3.0[GHz] using a circular punched ferrite for example. It also became clear the matching characteristics of the ferrite which can not take matching were improved by means of punched ferrite material. These characteristics have been verified by the Spatial Network Method's analysis.
