Investigation of Superconducting Microstripline Resonators by Electromagnetic Field Simulation

Abstract(in English) We pay attention to the FDTD electromagnetic field simulation as the method which can include the nonlinear model of superconducting filter in high power and can perform self-consistent simulation. If we take the London equation as well as the Maxwell equation into consideration, we can achieve the simulation considering superconductors. We apply the FDTD method to the simulation of a superconducting microstripline resonator. The pulse response of the resonator is calculated by simulating the propagation of electromagnetic wave in the resonator and the resonant frequency is extracted by the Prony's method. As a result, the shift of the resonant frequency by the change of the temperature is calculated.
