Abstract(in English) | We developed near field noise mapping system by using shielded loop type coil array. High resolution (0.1mm) and Two-dimensional magnetic field vector detection can be realized. We demonstrated the noise map of Loop antenna, microstrip line and printed wiring board of personal computer. |
