| 抄録(和) | 本報告ではパッチアンテナを帰還ループに含む並列帰還型アクティブ集積アンテナの設計、試作を行い、その結果について述べたものである。帰還ループからなる発振器回路部、アンテナにRF信号を供給するための給電スロット部、発振周波数の安定と放射器の要素を含むアンテナ部の3層構造になっている。本報告おいてはビームステアリングの確認のため2素子アレイを試作し、同期信号のためのマイクロストリップ線路より外部から注入同期を行った。試作したアクティブ集積アンテナは安定に動作し、さらに同期信号の周波数を変化させ、ビームの指向性の変化についても確認した。 |
| 抄録(英) | In this report, the design and the results of a parallel feedback active integrated antenna array which incorporates with a patch antenna in the feedback loop is demonstrated. The antenna consists of 3 layers, which are the oscillator circuit layer composed of feedback loop, the slot layer for supply which injects the RF signal into the antenna, and the antenna layer which consists of elements for oscillation frequency stability and radiator. The beam steering was confirmed with a 2 element array in which the injection lock was performed by an external locking signal introduced into the microstrip coupled line. The fabricated active integrated antenna operated stably and the beam steering was confirmed by varying the locking signal frequency. |
