Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have been developed the step power control driver MMIC coupling with the output power. In high output power condition (7dBm), the current consumption of the driver MMIC is 36mA. In low output power condition(-4.5dBm), the current consumption of the driver MMIC is 12mA. The operating current in low output power condition is one third (1/3) of the high output power condition. It has the current control function coupled with output power level. It has low adjacent chammel leakage power at 5MHz offset of -51dBc in high output power condition.
