Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper introduces voltage-mode and current-mode biquadratic circuits using Operational Transconductance Amplifiers (OTAs) and grounded capacitors. The circuit configurations are obtained from a second-order integrator loop structure with loss-less and lossy integrators. It is shown that the proposed circuits can realize low-pass, band-pass, high-pass, band-stop and all-pass transfer functions by suitably choosing the input and output terminals. And the circuit characteristics can be electronically tuned through adjusting the bias currents of OTAs. It is also made clear from sensitivity analysis that the proposed circuits have very low sensitivity with respect to the circuit active and passive elements. Some examples are given together with simulated results by PSpice.
