Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Continuous analog filters are receiving attention because they require no analog switch and can be implemented with scaled integrated circuits on low power supply. Especially, gm-c filters and current mode filters are expected to realize high-frequency filters. Although high-frequency filter requires large(gm/c)'s as design parameters, bias currents can not be set to large due to large power consumption. In a high-frequency filter with low power consumption, the frequency response has been degraded due to large parasitic capacitors and capacitor mismatches between master and slave filters in tuning systems. In this paper, a method calibrating the degraded frequency response after the fabrication is proposed. A 50MHz cutoff frequency 6 order low-pass Bessel filter has been designed and the calibration method has been confirmed by Monte Carlo simulation in HSPICE with the designed filter. The method has calibrated well the frequency responses in over 90% cases.
